The Foxylight holder is available as part of the set, which includes the smartphone holder, the box, and the table stand. The battery is depleted and needs to be fully charged. Please use the charging cable to charge Foxylight.
It might take 3 hours to fully charge Foxylight. Unlike a Smartphone Foxylight needs to be fully charged. If you only charge Foxylight for a few minutes you might experience the same problem.
Please check that the charging cable is fully plugged into Foxylight. You can also verify the charging status by looking at the display from an angle on the right side while Foxylight is turned off. If the red light is illuminated, it indicates that the device is charging.
If Foxylight is not functioning properly and there is no text on the keypad, it is possible that the device was dropped, which may have resulted in damage to the display. However, Foxylight is engineered with a special shock-absorbent design that helps protect the display from breaking easily. Try to turn Foxylight off and back on. The bottom of the magnetic metal box and the back of the mirror need to touch for the magnetic field to work. Place the magnetic metal box in the Foxylight opening with the bottom of the box on the side of the light. Attach the mirror to the magnetic metal box so they touch. The magnetic field should hold it now.
